Professor Monirul Huq from Department of geology in Dhaka University says that despite the fact that the scientists and the government are aware of possible dangers of earthquake in Bangladesh as the country falls into a quake prone zone , the practical measures for safety is very inadequate and risks of devastation is high. Profesor Huq,however,says that the risk of Tsunami in Bangladesh is not very high.
