The reserved quota system for the exports of garments from Bangladesh finishes this midnight and Bangladesh will be facing a fierce competition from India and China. Management from garment industries feel that it will not make a great deal of difference and Bangladesh has already prepared herself to face the challenges of open market competition. However, the garment workers in Bangladesh are terribly worried about the future of their job because they forsee a closure of the industry.
