The Appellate Division on Wednesday stayed a High Court directive that suspended a lower court verdict for appointment of an interim administrator for BGMEA, but withheld the appointment until disposal of another appeal in the District Judge’s Court.The Appellate Division action came in response to a petition of complainant MA Masud three days after the High Court order was issued.
