A training aircraft of Bangladesh Air Force on Tuesday crashed onto a tin-roofed house in Uttara area of Dhaka, injuring six people. BAF Flight Lieutenant Ahsanul Kabir, however escaped unhurt as he jumped with a parachute at the last moment. The fighter F-7 MB plane crashed due to technical faults at Fayedabad, about five kilometres northeast of Zia International Airport. Matiur Rahman Choudhury has more on the story.
