Buddhadev Bhattacharya, the Chief Minister of the Indian state of West Bengal says the industrial enterprises in Kolkata should be free from any kind of industrial pollutions. The Chief Minister was speaking during a formal innauguration of a second industrial area in Taingra, Kolkata. He said that in industrial area like this , there should be factories free from pollutions
