Buddhadev Bhattacharya , the Chief Minister of the Indian state of West Bengal has called upon the Naxalites to join in a peace talk. He was addressing a rally in West Midnapur and Purulia districts . Amongst others who spoke was Nirupam Sen, the Industries Minister of West Bengal.
