On the occassion of the International Mother Tongue Day and the Tenth North American Bengali Literature and Culture a two-day conference is being held at Houston , Texas. On the first day on Saturday a pre-dawn procession was held in a make shift Shaheed Minar and the exceptional part of this conference was presentations in different languages.
