Abdul Hye Faruki , a Bangladeshi lawyer in Dubai ,in an interview with VOA Bangla Service gives a mixed view of the election in Iraq. Mr Hye says while the election could perhaps pave the way for democracy , people in the middle east are essentially concerned about the violence and destruction in Iraq. He says it is of utmost necessity that peace returns to Iraq.
