A World Health Assembly organised by WHO has been inaugurated in Geneva on Monday. One hundred and ninety two member countries of WHO have sent their delegates in the Assembly. This grand gathering is expected to discuss on vital matters like combatting the challenges of SARS, AIDS and Smoking.
Immediately after the inauguration of the Assembly , Dr Khondokar Musharraf Hussain , the Health Minister of Bangladesh was appointed to preside the meeting.
