The National Revolution and Solidarity Day was observed today the 7th of November, commemorating the 1975 uprising staged by people and soldiers.
7th November is a public holiday in Bangladesh. The BNP leaders went to the mazar of the slain former president and party founder, Ziaur Rahman on this occasion.
Pro-reform BNP leaders were assaulted and chased near Zia’s mazar.
