Dr Zafar Ahmed ,an official of East Asian Department in the World Bank ,in an exclusive interview with VOA Bangla ,talks about the types of assistance they offer to the East Asian countries.
He says it is not necessarily the fiscal assistance that they offer, they offer consultancy too. In this interview he talks about the monitoring process of such assistance.
