Buddhadev Bhattacharya , the Chief Minister of the Indian state of West Bengal has rejected the idea of non- cooperation with the central coaltion government of India. Despite suggestions from some leftist quarters that they might threaten to boycott the the United Peopl'e Alliance (UPA) government, Mr Basu says they have no intentions to put the federal government into troubles.
