Awami League leader Sheikh Hasina has rejected a proposal for talks by Prime Minister of Bangladesh Begum Khaleda Zia.
Prime Minister has said that there cannot be any development without political unity. Awami League and other opposition parties including the group led by former President Badruddoza Choudhury announced programs for rallies and demonstrations. Opposition is protesting the recent killing of former finance minister Kibria and the deteriorating law and order situation in Bangladesh.
