As President George W Bush is due to take oath of office for the second term of his Presidency, in a short while from now , Vice President Dick Cheney has taken oath , amidst applause and ovation. Thousands of people have gathered in the Mall stretching from the steps of Capitol Hill to the Washington Monument , at the far end.
